There's a bunch of good ways to do it using a bent plastic PVC tube like you can find at your local hardware store. Nothing as effective as the real thing, of course. Since I didn't have money for power tools anymore than I had money for a CB, I was never capable of putting anything of any long-term value together before I got my first CB together, but had a little fun with it. I'd check Altairboy's site, they have a lot of good instructions. Or just get something cheap and leather online.
