Cam site help?

Okay, so after meeting a woman a few months back in another city, we've been discussing this site, t&d, chastity, s&m, etc. We're trying to do a bit of a distance relation right now since we can't see each other a lot. We want to webcam. The problem is she only has AIM, which I can see no way to cam 1-on-1 there. We're looking for a way to have 1-on-1 private cam without it going public, having to pay, sign up/register, or having to do downloads. Anyone know of a site where we can just plug in and have private 1-on-1 cam time fairly easily? Even a somewhat unused public site might work if it's quiet enough there.
