The feeling that you have to pee is one of the ways your body releases extra sperm
Also I have read that your body can only hold three days of sperm
then it will leak out at night or in your pee.

I have not seen anything definitive in terms of medical study
for long term effects on your prostrate doing tease and denial
I think that those in our community just have not been studied
for medical papers on prostrate functions. (Although I easliy could be wrong)

I am copy a post from a christian site
that promotes abstinace an chastity (and NO porn)
(chasitity in this case=no masterbation or sex of any kind)
I'm going to clarify some things before I continue...first, let's clarify "overflow of sperm." Sperm are stored in the epididymis, a tube that runs along the length of the testes meant for the storage and maturation of sperm. For any male who has not had sex or masturbates, the sperm stored in the epididymis builds up over time. The male body expels the sperm stored in the epididymis...some physiologists contend that the body does this process because the epididymis can only hold so much sperm, but others contend that the expulsion of old sperm is a biological process meant to keep fertile sperm in the epididymis; sperm have a limited lifespan, and if they were never expelled, they'd die while still stored in the epididymis. Periodically expelling old sperm keeps "fresh" sperm at the ready and the male more fertle.

Second, a nocturnal emission does not indicate, nor does it require, sexual arousal in males. On the contrary, emissions are caused by the nervous system activating the ejaculatory muscles that control ejaculation. Prolonged sexual stimulation also activates the ejaculatory muscles, but is not required to activate them.

Now, wet dreams themselves do not provide "relief" from sexual arousal, as they are not controlled by conscious thought. Sexual arousal begins in the brain, almost always through a combination of conscious thought and sensual stimulation. A nocturnal emission does not stop a man from seeing an attractive female or thinking about one, processes which activate the release of hormones. Since wet dreams do not activate the same hormonal mechanisms that are activated during sexual intercourse, there is also no feeling of being "spent" or "worn out" after experiencing a nocturnal emission, as there is during actual sexual intercourse. Men can have wet dreams without an erection, and/or maintain an erection after having a wet dream, both are usually physicalogically impossible during intercourse.

In short, you do not need to be horny to have a wet dream, and having a wet dream does not mean that you are horny. I have had plenty of nights where I go to sleep sexually stimulated, and no emissions occur. I have had some nights where I go to bed with no sexual stimulation whatsoever, and I have an emission. And in doing so, that does not impede in any way future sexual desire.

According to my limited reading and knowledge of the subject, the male needs to ejaculate at least bi-monthly in order to ensure prostate health.

Some studies suggest that frequent ejaculation is therefore quite healthy...which makes the whole 'denial' aspect of bdsm play problematic when it comes to long-term physical health.

Of course, that's not to say that short-term denial, such as what I endured for six days, is damaging in any way.

Moderation in all things appears to be the path of wisdom.
