I'm pretty sure that I've seen the theme you mention (embarrassing the reader for the fact that he's home alone jerking off to a picture on his computer) has been used in teases here. Unfortunately I have no idea which teases those were, and it's not something that would be easy to search for. I guess you could try searching for things like private-humiliation and cuckold.
