Consumed this trilogy and now my impressions:

First, you will really need to be relaxed and with some days without cumming, because hands free orgasm is something that needs a big skill to achieve.

any tips or video guide/guide for best muscle training?

My best advice is just practice, work on it once a day, or once every other day. Work the muscles until they get tired. As you strengthen them you will notice a stronger connection with your cock. The stronger your muscles get the easier it will be to achieve an HFO.
