I'm not sure if this is a problem with the site or my edit, but right now I can't publish my ESM tease. I have a small update/bugfix for 1.6 that I wanted to put out, tried to publish, and got the following error message:
Network error: Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON
Tested and tried to publish my preliminary 1.7 and got the same error. Tried in both Chrome and Edge. No luck. I can't find DOCTYPE in my saved code. I assume this is a server side issue, but if anyone has any thoughts or possible work-arounds, please let me know.
I have sent links out for 1.7 and they work fine, as do my tests.

Re: Can't publish teases
Doctype is start of html, probably instead of response for saving server is sending an error... could be out of space or any other reason that is also causing all other issues... you are not the only creator experiencing this, no one can publish new teases.

Re: Can't publish teases
Thanks. Figured it was something like that, but glad for the confirmation that it’s not just me.
Re: Can't publish teases
Yep, server was out of space due to someone trying to bulk download teases which triggered a bug in the site, generating excessive logs. Should be fixed now.

Whoever did that: shame on you!
I'm glad you came and fixed it.

Do you mean the one who created the bug in the site, or the one who was downloading teases that triggered the bug?schefflera0101 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 29, 2023 1:40 pmWhoever did that: shame on you!

Mostly kidding, but honestly if you want to lay shame there's more than one target available.

Looks like this is happening again. Just got error "Network error: Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON" when trying to publish.

It might be best to start a new thread instead of resurrecting an old one.
That way it's more obvious that it's a new problem.
