1) Hard to believe and probably fake, HOWEVER there are all sorts of genetical anomaly and mutations in the world, including 2.5 meter people, people with 5 joints on each finger, etc, so I probably could believe someone can grow a dick this big. Still, I wouldn't want to have that monster ever.

2) Why not? It is NOT a pee, I can confirm it firsthand. It is pussy juice. They say all women can learn to squirt, its just some can do it on their own naturally. From personal experience, some girls can definitely squirt a lot... And please lose the idea of this having anything to do with pee. Squirt is typically completely clear and no smell of any kind. It does not even smell of pussy at all.

Not an MD or a gyno so can only really convey what professionals write on the subject.

For guys, I've seen many sources where MDs seem to agree the only purpose of precum being lubrication.

If the purpose could be similar for girls I wouldn't know - girls who get wet when being aroused seem to get wet from the whole vagina and not just from the urethra, so clearly more in play there.

Well as I see it, the gland normally delivers lubrication through tiny channels or pores in the flesh, while it may get rid of the excessive liquid the other way.
Also it's not through urethra but through small channels near its entrance.

Yeah but if surely the sheer mechanics of a cock that big are impossible, super tall people and 5 jointed fingers are fine, but a 3 foot cock? just imagine the blood that would be needed to keep that thing hard?
