WORKout-Lite-1 and 2 Re up

These really need to be sorted. All that's remaining of any decent quality is the Google Video upload and we've seen some of those taken down so if that goes these will be lost. OK so they don't have beats but they have a great selection of music and we should try to preserve all CH videos anyway.

If anyone has any of the WORKout Lite series please upload them somewhere or better still get them over to janmb so he can make a torrent (which I'll happily seed.)

or i could give you them on google drive for you to seed? it will have to wait a few days though
