the only thing stopping me from buying Cobra Libre is that it can't be controlled using PC. You can't acrually build a teasing machine with it, like you can with normal corded vibrators. If only it had some port for wire, or wireless reciever build in i'd buy it instantly.

I use mine now about one year. - No, not constantly.

It's water resistant. You may take it in your bathtub. I didn't try to open. So you can clean with plenty of water.
