What you're describing doesn't make much sense. The majority of semen released during orgasm is excreted from glands that are not located in the scrotum. If there was physical blockage, you probably wouldn't be experiencing orgasm.

Regardless, go see a doctor as others have suggested. You won't get the most sound medical advice from strangers on the internet.
