It was just the audio track that was from Godess Ivy. The video was made by someone else i guess.
It was in the style of all those sissy hypnos. i mean flashing pics, videos and captions.
It was not soo professional but it was the only ass hypno video i found until now :(

Oh hi everyone, im kinda new to these kind of files, I really want to know how to get the most out of goddess ivy's videos.

Do I have to keep my eyes open the whole time or can I blink?

Am I supposed to focus on some aspect?

Anything at all would be helpful.

             As with all hypnosis don't try too hard and force things.
You will be naturally wary the first couple of times and feel you can't do the things asked of you.
In these cases imaging you are and have done what is asked.
You need to be in a relaxed state with feet flat on the floor, let your hands fall naturally as you feel comfortable.
Let your eyes do what they will, expect them to close and then open again as the session progresses.
        Enjoy your sessions.
