Stroker Edge - Babes Challenge (RELEASED - 3/26/13)

WOW! Great job, mokkori! Difficult as hell, and also a lot of fun. I made it through, but I admit I cheated slightly on a few edges. So sue me. Great selection of scenes/women, great pacing. The experiment works!

I figured this one was going to be really tough - and no biggie on the cheating. Just gives you something higher to aim for next time.

drd2000, if you don't mind, could you give a bit more feedback in these specific areas, as it'll help me in future Stroker Edge projects (this goes out to anyone charitable enough to provide feedback):

1) Too long, too hard?
Originally, my plan was to make the Main Challenge portion 40 minutes but after re-reading feedback from previous edging experiments, I decided to up the ante and make the Main Challenge portion 50 minutes. Kind of gambling to see if I made this a bit too difficult, but would like to know.

2) Girl variety
The Warmup girls are featured quite prominently throughout this Challenge - while I could've included dozens of different girls, I mainly kept to the dozen or so Warmup/Reward girls instead. My thought is instead of having a bunch of different girls, to have the user establish some "familiarity" with the girls featured instead, as I think this creates a more intimate experience. Let me know your thoughts.

3) Reward Round
As stated earlier in my first post, I borrowed the concept of Jackal403's idea of the user "choosing" their Reward, though I stylized it quite differently. I also was going back and forth of including a timer for each Reward babe - let me know what you guys think.

I'v tried it. Aaaand I didn't like it as much as I could. Here's what I'd change to make it better:

1) I didn't like PURE edging thing. Like edging for 50 minutes? It is kinda boring. I would definitely prefered if there were stroking, and then some edging, and then rest and stroking again in different combinations. Like... stroke-edge-rest-stroke_longer-edge-rest-edge-rest-edge-BIG_REST. It would be better and more fun if you don't know when you'll be asked to edge and how much.
2) Also I didn't like that the scenes are changing too much. Like sometimes it's less than a minute for a girl that could keep me entertained long. I like better the other CH videos, where there is sometimes a full SCENE of stripping from fully clother all the way to masturbation. And noone forbids to incorporate edging into the hottest moments. I'd like that better, instead of ever changing pictures. A bit of montage is good, but I elt it's too many. For example final round. We don't get as much of each girl, they change constantly. The girl of my choice got like 5 fucks in one position, then 5 fucks in another, sucked a cock for 10 seconds, and that's it! At least that's what it feels like. Definitely need a longer episodes for each girl. Actually, I even prefer if its only ONE girl per round.

that's my two cents. Good work but turned out it's not exactly for me. Also I'd try to experiment with different beat sounds, yours are sometimes a bit too entrusive.

Absolutely awesome. Made it 55 mins in. Definitely a new star on my top 5 list.

That being said I must agree it is a bit too long a period with just edging and breaks. mixing it up in the middle by doing something different would make it even better I think. Maybe a standard cockhero round or edging to music or making the beat fixed in some other way..

I like this edging format, but I’d like a few beat segments randomly added.

Break ---> Beats (30 seconds ish)---> edge ---> break. for example.

Edging is fun, but sometimes the random beats add an Ooohhhh Nooo element to a round.

Well, to be honest, I thought 50 minutes of the main challenge was a bit much. I would've still had a hell of a challenge if

the awesome last epic edging round before the rewards

had appeared about, say, 30 minutes into the Main Challenge, because that's when I nearly lost it and started cheating. I remember thinking about *15* minutes into the Main Challenge, "I'm not gonna make it," but still had over 30 minutes to go after that point.

I liked how the breaks were worked in, because otherwise it would just be like CH Fail--I mean, impossible. But if you ask me, a tough CH video makes its point after about 40 minutes overall. Anyone who makes it that far deserves the reward.

I also expected there to be a challenging surprise thrown in somewhere in the middle, because you've been known to do that. It probably would have killed me, but it also would have been fun. The final edging thing at the end kinda counts, but by that point I just said, "Fuck it, I'm not edging all the way through this. I want the reward!"

But yeah, I'll be trying it again to see if I can make it without cheating.

I liked that. I was looking forward to the rewards being with them, and it worked well for me. On the other hand, what if a "surprise" girl had been thrown in the middle of that, just to be a mean bastard about it?

I didn't need a timer, but I admit that when I got to my reward girl, it was a longer stretch to the release, and I didn't make it to the cue. Not that I'm complaining. It was a better challenge not knowing how long it was until the cue.

I preferred it this way. I only just made it.

As it is I found myself plodding along, when it became difficult I just slowed down a bit.

But with the other round instead as the warm up round it became totally different.

You know that I have always been a fan of your work ever since the very first Stroker Edge. I mean it's your fault that Deadmau5 is a playlist that is regularly visited on my Spotify. I also know that you are long enough in this game to accept criticism as constructive and use it to further better future productions so I know you won't take it personally.

Firstly to commend you. As always your editing is professional and seamless. From the very start this production looks like something that could have been created by one of the major film studios. Splitting into three areas I was interested in as warm-up, multiple edge and lastly cum is an obvious combination that I thought would work well but......

It didn't do it for me. Don't get me wrong, the warm up was tremendous. I almost busted my load before we even got to the edging but managed to hold it. I loved the 123 123 then the 1234567 followed by the 1234 doubletime, it really built me up ready for the first edge. The thing is, for me I need a beat, I like to be told how to stroke and after the warm up there was no more beats to follow. It was either edge or rest. Now I know this has been tested, we had fap and rest and incredible titiies which were good but I think some edging and rests inter-spaced with beats would have been better. I have no idea whether that is considerably more work or not, I have a hunch that matching beats might be the most onerous task in Cock Hero production but that is just a guess. The reward round didn't work for me either, I need beats really.

Fabulous choice of girls and clips throughout though. I do like my clips jumping around a lot and don't like watching the same clip for too long so in that respect it was good but I'm afraid it just didn't do it for me.
I fired up the last round of Pinnacle to cum.

The only thing I could think of in terms of improvement would be variation and a few devious twists and nasty surprises along the way - the current format is inherently predictable, but that's not a problem at all, merely room for expansion

Well, kudos for pushing the genre of video tease. That being said, definitely not my thing.

I liked the warmup, but I turned it off shortly after. The thing I like about the ch-style is the directed stroking and maybe not being able to physically hold back. That's the best orgasm I think. The one where you know if you keep up with the beat it's going to ruin you. I can even enjoy the less directed videos like the workout series and even some of the less structured porn music videos you find all over, but I didn't personally care for the no music thing.

To me it was just wanking to your personal playlist of scenes. Not for me. If I was to just watch some random scenes I'd just load all or part of my collection into a media player and randomize it, which I do frequently. Obviously a lot of other people really enjoyed it, but it wasn't for me. Just thought I'd be honest.

As always the production value was good. The beats were right on. Girls were hot. I love the all natural girls. I don't see the bad beat sound someone mentioned. Seemed like the same beat you've always used. I like that it's somewhat unique. And once again I have to give it up for pushing the envelope and innovating. Even though it's not for me, innovation is always a good thing.

I didn't stick around for the end this time, but I really like the idea of laying out the possible girls in the beginning and then having them pop up throughout allowing the "player" to chose a favorite knowing that there will be a specific reward round with them at the end. I might have to steal and adapt that myself.

That said, I appreciate all critical feedback... well, provided you don't just tell me "I suck" without a reason.

Thanks Nezhul for the comments. From what it sounds like, you would probably like Stroker Ace 2 much more because that's exactly what I did in Stroker Ace 2! That said, it's pretty much consensus 50 minutes is too long and for the next Stroker Edge, I'll probably put a cap at 40 minutes top.

Also I'd try to experiment with different beat sounds, yours are sometimes a bit too entrusive.

Funny enough, I'm using the same Stroke Beat sound effect from Stroker Ace 2, but I lowered the pitch quite a bit so it isn't so "treble-ly". I'll try to lower the pitch a bit more in the future but I actually like having the stroke beat at a slightly higher tone than the music's bassline as it's much easier to hear.

Again, if that's the case, you should check out Stroker Ace 2, as I do exactly that - mix stroke beats with Edges and breaks. But yeah, next Stroker Edge will be shorter for sure.

I was quite happy how the Warmup round turned out and it's good to know that my pacing in the Warmup round really lead users to the Edge at the end of the Warmup. From what it sounds like, you're probably better served to just sticking with the Stroker Ace series as I plan to keep with this current format for Stroker Edge... well, 'sides making it shorter and maybe revisiting the format to make a more unique Edging experience (already have a few ideas in the works).

The one thing I'm thinking of doing is increasing the variety of girls in the Main Challenge. This would mean reducing the number of times the Warmup babes would appear in the Main Challenge (if at all) but I would basically "save" their hardcore sex appearances in the Reward round. Also have a few new twists I may experiment as well.

As I mentioned above, I did use the same stroke beat sound effect from Stroker Ace 2, BUT I lowered the pitch quite a bit. The thought occurred to me when I was revisiting my older Stroker Ace videos and I realized "dang, it really does gets annoying hearing this high pitch." I'm still going to use a similar woodblock sound as it really stands out from the music I use and is very clear when heard.

After reading through the comments, I won't add much! I enjoyed it, save for the lack of music. I don't know what it is about having background music that just changes it all up for me. I wound up throwing iTunes on while I watched, about half an hour in, and it suddenly became easier to edge. Maybe I've trained myself to need the music, I don't know! In any case, it was a great addition to the catalog!

1) Consecutive edging - you don't need to HOLD it but to edge over and over while the indicator is up.
2) Teasing phrases while edge&ride, and even stroking, like in CH Flux.
