Someone posts a video up of a chick on Youtube talking about random shit in they blog or whatever. Then the next person has to jerk off to that video and try to cum to it. Talking, singing, or dancing. On that I think does not matter. In my opinion, the purpose of the game is, to pick the theme of the video not for yourself, but for your opponent.

I'd say that's part of the fun of the game though? There's a risk the person who posts next might not exactly share your taste, but it gives you an opportunity to try something new regardless :)
