i have noticed the cord/vein or whatever it is that goes down intp the area of the left testicle is bulging kinda or bunched up? there is no pain whatsoever and i only see this when the testicles are hanging low?
cant say for sure but it seems like it appears after a week or so of denial with constant teasing daily.
anyone know what that means?
thanks

Re: anyone know what this is or means??
depends on what Color it is
It is probably a vein and is either red or blue
as your inner ball fills with sperm it pushes other things to surface
hense the term "blue balls"
even if your balls are not actually blue.
<balls only turn real blue with loss of blood which is bad long term>
now if you wear a chastity belt
it can reshape your blood flows
so you see bumps under skin but no color for deeper veins as blood is now being diverted.
think of it this way
Your a building up a muscle
when you Flew That muscle you see all the veins pop out
as well as sinew and such
well not quite the same but similar with balls
not the wrinkle or line on the bottom left of picture, is typical

I think if you have any concerns whatsoever (and you do, you wrote the post here), then doctor it is. Pardon me, but listening to someone without medical degree on forums, who says "It's ok, nothing serious" is a bad habit. A visit to the doctor won't do you any harm either way.

I do not know how bad it is
but I do know
it can freak you out a little
when you start getting veins or wrinkles where you did not have them
wearing a CB regularly has actually changed the shape of my balls as well as where blood flows to
so I have think veins where I did not before.
A doctor visit is often a good idea
I will not post more pics..
just go to Xhamster and look up
Balls

Re: anyone know what this is or means??
and besides for a man's health it's not a bad idea at all if you visit a doctor regulary, like once every 5 years or so (at least). Especially when you are into a kink like that which messes with the normal flow of things.

I would visit Doc for any reoccurring or permanent changes that are unexpected/strange,
including weight loss/gain.
My Doc would rather see me early than too late.
As my Dad used to say
"If you don't know ask someone whose day job it is."
"It's surprising what you can do when its your day job"

I have the same thing I went to a doctor and they told me that it was a vericose (sp) vein. They said it was nothing serious and if it didn't bother me not to worry about it. I would definitely see a doctor for confirmation but in my opinion you'll be just fine

Re: anyone know what this is or means??
Hiya's.
It could be many things.
Recently (2 - 3years ago) i had what appeared to be a lump and a general ache in one ball in particular.
I went to the doc about it and was informed that it was a varicocele (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0002263/)
At the same time I noticed that my balls had got a little lower and not quite as tight as they used to be, asked the Doc... he pointed out that 35 years of gravity will have that effect! in short, that I am getting older! mutter mutter mutter mutter.
I think now is the time i am supposed to start looking at buying flash cars and mourning my teenage years and wearing baseball caps!
There are treatments for varicocele in particular if you are undergoing any fertility treatment. However I was told that it is not necessary. I manage the ball ache these days by wearing good supportive underwear. In relation to fertility treatment, this also has a negative side effect in that you need to try and keep balls cool.
Definately head to the Doc and see what they say. No resource on the internet will be able to satisfy your mind, after all there are many serious things it could be.
