I'd go with the tax yourself method. Decide how often you want to cum, and how much you can afford to take out of your income.

So...let's say you can afford $20 a week and you want to cum twice a week...so I'd set the cost for cumming at $20 each. What, you thought I'd give you everything you want?

Then when you want to cum, deposit it into a savings account (or better yet, a Series EE or Series I savings bond or similar item that locks up your savings). And then save it for something REALLY fun, like a visit with a pro domme, or something of enduring value.
