There's a couple, quite different approaches that both work fine for me:

Make your way up to the edge carefully and with minimal, careful stimulation when getting close.

I prefer using one finger below the head and one above, stroking the upper part of the shaft, not including the head itself, but that's my preference, I'm sure that can be fairly different from one person to the next.

Once there, keep stimulating just a second past what you think is the point of no return. When doing so with such minimal stimulation, you should experience that you actually are stopping too early for anything to really happen a few times. If this happens, add one small touch more than last time and see what happens then

Once there, there are two different approaches to use of the sphincter:

1. Focus on breathing slowly and relaxing 100% (as much as you can)
This will let cum ooze out carefully, but with this method it leaves a very very small target between not going over the edge at all, vs full spasmic orgasm. If nothing happens you stopped stimulation too soon. If you ejaculate in bursts you gave it just a tad too much.


2. Contract the muscle tightly and hold.
This is closely related to multi-orgasm techniques for males. Tightly contracting the sphincter prevents the spamsic contractions that normally causes the penis to ejaculate. How to use this for just-one-drop ruined orgasms? Simply ease your way over the edge, and once the orgasm feeling sets in, tightly contract the muscle, but just for a few seconds. Relax a little before you think the danger is over - and the result is... just one drop, slowly oozing out. If you get nothing, you contracted the muscle too long. If you still spurt, you relaxed it a little too early.

yeah, please fix this. in the end I clicked I could do 3+ more barely ruined orgasms, and right before the 'bonus' thingie for doing a fully ruined orgasm it loops back to a task before.
