is how much weigh have you guys used, or have been made to hold and for how long
and same for the Mistresses

i went to 12.5 lbs and i thought my nuts were going to rip out of their sack.

one of my problems has alawys been
using shoelaces, and how it chafes ths skin
sometimes that is harder to put up with than the weights

And the skin chaffing from the rope is all part of the fun! I like to moisturise the skin after with some soothing icy hot...

I personally can't say I've ever tied myself up, or voluntarily hung anything from my genital region... though there once was an incident involving a cat - non-sexual just in case you were wondering - that gave me a bit of a scare.

There are a few teases containing cbt. But they often lack a way to measure if you've done the assignment correct. I mean, you have those teases saying, "slap hard". How many "meters per second" is 'hard'?

Tie a shoelace, and add a certain amount of mass. And you have something you can measure good enough to start a compitition.

What you talk about is mass, not weight. Weight is mass * g, a force measured in Newtons, (Kg m / s^2). (g being the earth's gravity accaleration, m = meters, s = seconds)

Weight also depends on where you are, surface of the earth, or on the moon, or in space. While the mass of an object, measured in Kg, is equal everywhere.

Though it is the weight (force) that matters, because you can easially tie about 20 kilogram of mass to your balls when you are in space and brag about it on Milovana while you did not even felt the slightest tug.

As for how much weight ... I'm sure the total package and also just the cock alone can take more than the testes. I'd go light on the later and more on the former.

As for three litres. I've only done a few cups so that would be half a litre and that was scary enough (but effective) for me.

CBT is best left in the mind unless Princess thinks otherwise.
