could be a coincidence, but my PC fucked-up while visiting this video.
A threatening form, covering the whole screen (so no chance of closing it) came up.
After that I couldn't boot normally.
I had to restore the PC to the previous configuration.

my new theory is that I had the virus already, and that it activated itself when I accessed porn.
In fact the window that comes out pretends to be from this country's police force that wants to fine me, online, for illegal PC use accessing porn or paedoporn.
So first I get the virus, who knows how, then it waits until I do something "risque", and then it pounces.
A google search of the symptoms found recent articles in a business newspaper of this country saying that it was cropping up frequently.
