Pcmistress isn’t supported anymore, it has still some bugs specially when running longer or more sophisticated files (I wrote some of them myself in the past) and the groups are mostly filled with spam. For me enough reason to leave pcm.

The exact command in a block is for example:

This still works for me running XP2.
Only problem is that the old .avi files don't run anymore but you can easily check that first by clicking just on the avi file ...
