Here's the process, 1. pick your tracks, if you are layering two separate tracks pick two that have the same or similar BPM's (beats per minute). You can check what the BPM is using a free tool called 'Mixmaster BPM Analyzer' just know that it isn't 100% accurate and you might have to tweak manuall...
