It sure would make a lot of sense if the forum software (phpBB) showed a helpful description at the top of the "Sent" vs. "Outbox" categories, since this question comes up here a lot.

I don't think non-English teases should be banned, but it would be nice if there were a way to filter or a default language that could be set and remembered via anonymous cookie or tied to the account. I think both a new feature and new rule are unlikely to happen, however.

Seraph0x is the reason it's still going today. There's a lot of people who talk about making custom software like this, but very few that actually do, and even fewer who maintain it and and the community with such integrity over such a long time. Huge respect to him for keeping the lights on.
