I'm back! Well kind of anyways, I'm moving a lot slower these days but wanted to put an update out here. Some good news, and some bad news. This still remains a work in progress that I doubt will ever be considered complete. What you are going to find in this version is basically the beginning of a visual novel with some JOI and RPG aspects. For now my main focus has been on the story line which is coming along quite nicely. The character personalities seems to magically write itself, so hopefully that in of itself is entertaining. What you are not going to find, at least so far is anything really challenging as far as making it a difficult JOI, and the RPG elements are horribly lacking. So for the moment, just consider this a sexy story more than a JOI or RPG game.
Changes 2.01:

All the code was cleaned up and updated to work with Guideme 0.3.4
- Story Changes
Starting up this old project back up, I had lost just about everything other than the Milovana tease "Fleshcaster: Prologue" but the story has always been burning in the back of my mind. Special thanks to Trusfrated who managed to send me an old copy, but by that time I was already deep in the rewrite. Some of the new stuff just seemed better than the old, so some of the story has changed since the original.
- Combat System
The basic skeletal work is in place for generic NPC monsters but the user interface is only about half done. This is a different system than I started out with, so again a few minor changes to the old story line.
- Generic Monster NPC's
As the current combat system is very much still a work in progress, there is only one single instance of a monster NPC that can be found in the forest. As the combat system is not completed, there is no active defense against the monsters available, all you can do is wait for the encounter to complete. However, once more progress is made on the combat system, the NPC's are basic templates that can be copied and modified by monster type, so it will make populating them later a more simplistic task.

I just finished my first day (if there is something like days. I just did the introduction and E1 class) and I have to say I really love the concept about fleshcasting and the way you are treated by all the girls. Really a fresh breeze compared to the usual mistresses in teases.
Also I really love writing, especially during the E1 class. You managed to hide some soft instructions like when to speed up and when to slow down without interrupting the flow and it really felt like all participants are getting sucked into a frenzy.
I'm really looking forward to continuing.
PS: one minor issue I have found is that my dormitory didn't show any advancement in Class E (0.0) even though I did finish E1. I don't know if that could have any side effects or even if it is correct.

Taking a short break on the project but I plan on releasing an update within the month. Being in the middle of modding it further I might have confused myself to the last release and the ongoing coding. So maybe I did not put the one out with the bug in it? Sorry, I'm a bit of a scatterbrain at times on complex projects. But yes, thanks for the compliments on this project. When I very first started this project I was in the middle of making a maze type of tease when I stumbled upon Many Eyed Hydra's Succubus Summoning 101. That had a heavy influence on writing this game. Hopefully I did not plagiarize it too much. It was meant to be more of a compliment to the author. If you have not read any of his works, look him up! I would not put too much stock in the data output from the dormitory. It is not really meant to be part of the game, more just to help me debug issues when they crop up. As such I do not keep the code up to date in that section unless I am trying to fix a specific bug.
If I were to try to place the school some where in the cosmos, it would be on the very edge of the land of Nod as described in Neil Gaiman's Sandman where it borders on the Astral. That and of course an eventual teleport connection to the part of Hell where succubus spawn. That statement will make more sense one you play that far in the game, I don't want to give away too much.
The different girls in the game are meant to have different personalities. I don't know why, they just seemed to come out that way from looking at the different facial expressions from the models. Next thing I know the project started having a mind of its own compared to what I originally planned to do with it. It seemed to work so I kind of gave up on my own ideas and let it just draw out the way it seemed to want to go. Hence I call it more of a visual novel than a tease. My own girl not only approves of me working on this, she is actually my editor and sometimes helps me when I get writers block. So slowly it has become a team effort. Having a female mind working on it helped to bring the personalities out that much more.

Finally got stuff sorted out with the manufacturer via warranty, and by sheer luck they did not have to wipe the integrated SSD. It is not as completed as it was intended to be before the next release but wanted to get it out before anything else bad happens to this project.

Been away a while and not yet had a chance to clean up the mess since the last massive dump. However the project seems to have stalled. The story wants to continue but the format of a web tease is forcing it into repetition that is going against the need of the story. Currently brain dumping into World Anvil to sort out the holes in the back story and looking to porting over to general short story format rather than full on visual novel and tease. The nest step seems to be to start writing prequel stories to get the characters fleshed out. As well, dropping the names of the porn stars that inspired the characters and moving to new names.

If I try to use the "how to play" or the "start new game" button, I seem to get text, but there isn't a button to go the next page. I'm using GuideMe 0.3.8 and debug is off. I tried to turn it on to see if I got a delay button, but nothing was there either. Other GuideMe teases seem to be working fine. Any thoughts?

computergeek, I so rarely post, but, I HAD to log on and congratulate you on this masterpiece you have created.
I've been a long time lurker on Milovana for years. I enjoy many of the webteases. Porn is like pizza. Even when it's bad, it's still pretty good. I've played countless "Tease of the Month" teases and other great gems on this site. I've done snakes and ladders. I haven't posted, but I've created a set of rules and played along with some of the sets made on Helequin's "Help Me Cum" thread. But in my experience, the GuideMe teases are on another level.
The GuideMe mazes are my favorites. Random Mazes by DesertFox is probably the best and all of the work of schefflera is amazing. Even going back to TeaseMe, I've played some very good, immersive teases. "A Very Good Day" by supermokkori comes to mind. "The Awesome Competition" is another one. Even among GuideMe teases that tend to be a cut above in terms of quality and length, it's not very often that a stroking porn tease has a story that pulls you in. "CumQuest" by Baron Hardpenis von Steele is a classic and probably one of the best fantasy teases ever written. Certainly the best for it's time. lmind's "Pledge to the Coven - Masculus Claustrum" was another one where the mechanics and the story seemed to merge into one to create a single immersive experience.
Suffice to say, I have played a LOT of teases on this site. I feel like I have seen them all. Even when a solid tease like Technical Forms comes out with great mechanics and an interesting story, it feels like a variation of things I have already done. "Friends with Benefits" by Sexytimes 5 was quite memorable and "Russian Invasion" by rayray77 was incredible (until it started going above my pain tolerance sometime around #4 or #5) but while those create more of an immersive story, it's much more difficult to create a game which is even more immersive than a great story with wanking. Shattered's "A Tease Through Dimensions" is still the most innovative, creative, immersive piece of erotic art (it transcends "story" and "game") that is on this site (that I have played), but what you've done with Fleshcraft, I think, is up there.
I love the maze teases. I love the challenge. I love the RPG teases. There have been a number of good web ones recently, but obviously the GuideMe ones are better because GuideMe can do more. Skirmish RPG was very good. (I actually modded my copy, remade all of the encounters and a bunch of custom ones with real life girls and tweaked the difficulty ... didn't finish the mod completely so I never uploaded it and ended up deleting it ...) "The Dreamscapes Tease RPG - A Study in Tease" was fantastic, head and shoulders above most of the RPG maker fair ... but, I was never pulled in. It was fun. It was a game. It had a good story, but I didn't feel fully immersed. So all of that to say, good sir, you outdid yourself.
I can be a bit of an edge slut. Sometimes I'll rip out 30 edges before I cum, but, I don't feel like doing that every night. When I read your Fleshcraft description, I thought, "Well, I don't know ... I've played all of the RPG teases ... this one is probably not going to be better than the others. And there won't be a bunch of mandatory edges? Idk ... it probably won't be that great ..." So I passed Fleshcraft up. HOW WRONG I WAS!!
So, tonight, I wasn't in the mood to edge myself silly. I wanted something more low key and less intense. So, I thought, "Alright, let's try this Fleshcraft." The tease has been up for over a year (I think) and it has not gotten very many posts, though I did notice that d3vion pinned it immediately. I thought, "Boy, I wonder why he did that ..." Then I played the first session and found out why.
My first session lasted about four hours. I was hooked. I have written teases, so, I know how long it takes to write quality stuff. Four hours of quality content, and I don't think I am even a QUARTER of the way through ... it's incredible ...
So, about your tease, specifically, I need to say A++ on the implementation. Most teases are not natural. Either it's just text and the mistress "tells" you what to do through text like "stroke 50 times" and then you are staring at a pic while you stroke 50 times ... you can't count to fifty and read text and have an immersive experience and follow commands at the same time. It generally just doesn't happen. Sometimes the story and writing can be so good to overcome it, but, usually, some part of that experience you realize you are just a dude stroking at your computer playing a game ... The alternative to that is using the metronome, which gives you that external stimulus and check. You don't have to think or count. If you've played teases for any length of time, you are conditioned to the metronome and do it without thinking. You can read and stroke to the beat. The metronome is usually better for immersion, but, so many games and teases seem to use only the metronome that it feels more like you are just playing a stroking game than having an immersive experience.
So that's why you get A++ for implementation. Your stroking instructions are basically "just do what feels natural" and it works. Your premise for the story is SO good ... it makes perfect sense. Being stuck in a maze ... those are usually pretty decent premises that don't seem too artificial if you suspend your disbelief ... same goes for a lot of the teases about succubi ... but, even a lot of the regular "story" teases ... it's just "would I actually be stroking if this was real life?" Sometimes that jars me and I momentarily cease suspending my disbelief. For Fleshcraft, the answer is "Yes." You nailed it. Excellent premise. Excellent mechanics. It was natural. You managed to thread that needle and weave game and story into one. SO HARD to do, and you did it. Well done.
One specific comment (that I will hide for people who have not played yet) ...
I've play for four hours and still feel like I have SO much more to uncover, which is just amazing ...

So that's why you get A++ for implementation. Your stroking instructions are basically "just do what feels natural" and it works. Your premise for the story is SO good ... it makes perfect sense. Being stuck in a maze ... those are usually pretty decent premises that don't seem too artificial if you suspend your disbelief ... same goes for a lot of the teases about succubi ... but, even a lot of the regular "story" teases ... it's just "would I actually be stroking if this was real life?" Sometimes that jars me and I momentarily cease suspending my disbelief. For Fleshcraft, the answer is "Yes." You nailed it. Excellent premise. Excellent mechanics. It was natural. You managed to thread that needle and weave game and story into one. SO HARD to do, and you did it. Well done.
