So to summarize:
1) Watch the video challenge & stroke to the Stroke Beat Rhythm and follow onscreen instructions.
2) Get through 3 Stages of hot naughty video action, 3 Rounds per Stage. Take advantage of short Breaks in each Round and the 1 minute Recovery Period per Stage to help you "regain your stamina".
3) Make use of the 30-second Timeout wisely, as you'll only have one per Stage. Try to save them and carry them over to the next Stage (max of 2 on Stage 2, max of 3 on Stage 3).
