I actually haven't used a spinning drive in any of my work PCs in nearly 3 years. I usually backup my finished projects (and my assorted movies/music/etc) to a BluRay disk which I then archive by number. I have not had any of my SSDs fail quite in this way before, but I guess that means it was just that time.

As of this coming Monday, I will be replacing the SSDs in both my main work PCs with good old Raptors, again. I have ordered a set of 4 from NewEgg.
