I feel like you could buy a dildo and get some practise in... You can order what you need online anonymously (including clothes), and if your room doesn't have a lock you can make temporary ones from rope and few pieces.

If you order from amazon(for example) things can be delivered to an "amazon box" in a local supermarket, where you can pick it up with a code.

When I was first starting I was still living at home too. I was lucky enough though to have a sister near my age and a single parent that worked every day. This meant I was able to skip school some days for some alone time and could snag some of her clothes for getting girly. If you're living with 5 others I have to guess at least one is female. So you may be able to grab a panty/bra set from the wash for use in the bathroom.
For my anal experimentation, online dildos weren't really an option then. I had to improvise from around the house. I used things like carrots/cucumbers, candles, and flashlights. I would steal my dad's condoms to keep from making a mess and candles/flashlights can be left out without drawing any suspicion. Having used dildos since then though I will say, if you can get one, do it. They're safer, easier, and feel a lot better.
It should be noted that I did eventually get caught so keep in mind that's always a possibility no matter how careful you are.
