Where can one find a domme on this site?

I am new (I joined today) a 25 year old sub with blonde hair and blue eyes and I was wondering where I post idomme
Also is this site for meeting people online (Skype, exchanging photos , etc.)?

The thread Venus posted is probably your best bet. The only other chance might be coming into chat and hanging around and just seeing what happens. There's far more submissives than dominants on this site, and far more men than women, so it's definitely not the easiest place to find someone, though that doesn't mean it can't/never happens. If looking to meet people, fetlife is often a good resource.
