Seriously though, if you study the stages of excitement (I know its weird cuz its a tantric thing, but some of it actually works), and realize where you are at and when, it can help. The biggest thing is to remember to keep breathing. A lot of people hold their breath or breath rapidly when getting close. If you realize you are doing this, and make yourself breath normally, that can help. Also, there is a point at which when you become aroused, that you will begin to voluntarily contract your PC muscles, pretty much just because it feels good. Seems counter-intuitive, because you automatically want to do it, but if you don't, you will last longer.

Another tip is to take complete advantage of breaks. I have found that when very close to the edge, even keeping your hand on it can be enough stimulation to keep you right there. So when breaks come, go completely hands off. Every single time.

OK, apparently I have made masturbation a science, because I am getting way too deep into this, but next tip is simple practice. I started with CH1, and it was difficult at the time. Purely because of the novelty of the idea. Nowadays I cant play the original CH's anymore because they are, for lack of a better word, boring. Go back and start with the oldies. The stimulation is still there, but most of the nerves are in the frenulum and the head of the penis. You can cheat a bit by still stroking about 3/4 of your cock while avoiding these areas. I have even gone so far as to make to make those really rapid beats head strokes only (only possible with lube, you will chafe), and only fully stroking during the less demanding beats. Though interesting question because I think our physiology is going to affect how quickly or long we take to finish as a baseline. After that I think we are able to affect the time, but maybe not by too much. From talking to people over the years, there are all kinds of speed. I have heard of guys that can take 50 minutes minimum every time, and dudes the blow it in 45 seconds with no direct stimulation. I think I've come to accept that the intensity of our arousal in life is mostly centered around that, and the mental view we have on whatever is going on.

I've had at times where I can barely get up and aroused in situations that should have me instantly hard, and been rock hard to the point that any touch would send me right over the edge.
